Superstore retail organization is the popular in world as well Bangladesh. High and mid classes’ citizen urban area are preferred for shopping any groceries products from superstore. Shwapno largest growing super chain shop Bangladesh that provides all necessary commodities to customers. This study identified factors which influence brand image it drives corporate by providing perceived quality of services.
